Yomtov specializes in civil and commercial litigation, class actions and administrative law.

Yomtov has a vast experience in representing some of the largest companies in the Israeli economy and multinational corporations in complex and prominent litigation proceedings in diverse legal areas, including contract law, infrastructure and energy, communications, insolvency, class actions and shareholder disputes.

Yomtov began his legal career in 2010 as an intern at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (civil department) and then worked for about a decade as an attorney and senior attorney in the litigation departments of two large offices in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, until his election, in 2021, as a Member of the 24th Knesset.

Yom Tov, who immigrated to Israel from France at the age of 18, has extensive public activities. He founded the “Aleinu” movement for the integration of immigrants, served from 2010 as a delegate to the World Zionist Congress until he was elected as a Member of the Knesset. In this framework, he served as the chairman of the sub-committee for the Law of Return and relations with Diaspora Jews, and was a member of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, the Internal Security Committee and the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee. He also headed a number of lobbies, including the Israel-France parliamentary friendship group and the lobby for French-speaking and Western countries immigrants.

Thanks to his public roles, Yomtov has gained experience, knowledge and skill also in the field of administrative law, regulation and government relations, and advises in this field to various associations and corporations, from Israel and abroad.

Yomtov also serves as a panelist and international law expert on the international channel i24news.

In 2024, he joined as a partner in the firm’s litigation department.
