Yishai is an attorney in the Litigation Department.
He specializes in legal representation before various courts and in arbitration proceedings in the fields of civil, commercial, and administrative law. Yishai has extensive practical experience and academic knowledge in civil procedure in general, and in class actions in particular.
In addition to his work as a litigator, Yishai provides legal counsel to non-profit organizations, from the establishment stage through ongoing operations, including representation before the Registrar of Associations.
During his undergraduate studies, Yishai served as a research and teaching assistant in several courses, and was a member of the editorial board, later advancing to associate editor, of Mishpatim, Israel’s leading law journal.
He completed his legal internship at the Supreme Court of Israel.
