Avi Kabani

Avi is a partner in our Capital Market and Securities department, with extensive experience and a deep understanding of security law, corporate law and commercial law, and particularly capital markets. For the past decade Avi has assisted and advised several public companies and corporations reporting on the stock exchange, and he offers ongoing legal services to all levels of senior management, including boards of directors and board committees. This entails the initial public offering (IPO) process through to continuous support and aid in their activities, representing his clients before authorities and regulatory bodies, institutional bodies and shareholders, strengthening corporate governance, reporting aspects, accompanying boards of directors and their committees and providing professional legal opinions.

Avi works to offer his clients the best, most professional legal response and aid in his collaboration with them, facing business challenges that require thinking outside the box, in-depth knowledge of relevant regulatory background and ongoing contact with the various authorities and regulatory institutions.

Avi has vast experience working with private companies, including aiding and advising on the process of converting into a public company either by pouring activity into a stock exchange skeleton or by way of IPO. In addition, Avi accompanies his clients in issuing securities in the secondary market, and in large scale capital and debt financing.

Avi has many years of experience assisting and leading complex stakeholder transactions and getting their approval, and also in procurement bidding processes, in writing and implementing enforcement plans, and building compensation plans for management level employees.
