Anat Gamliel Dadon

Anat provides a comprehensive legal service in the field of labor law, including representation in Labor Courts as well as arbitration and mediation proceedings. Anat has extensive experience in the representation of employers, especially large employers, including providing ongoing advice in all aspects of labor law and writing opinions, employment terms and conditions, HR policies, legal advice of labor law as part of mergers and acquisitions transactions, including due diligence; drawing up agreements, procedures and formulating documents required in the framework of employment relations, accompanying hearing procedures on behalf of the employer, and more.

Additionally, Anat is highly experienced in representing employers in matters of Sexual Harassment. Anat gives lectures and trainings in workplaces and provides legal services to employers on the issues of preventing sexual harassment at work. Anat also serves as an external supervisor of sexual harassment issues in the workplace.

Anat competed her legal internship in the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office and has served in recent years as a teaching and research assistant of Prof. Sharon Rabin Margalioth in the field of labor law.
