Asia is an attorney in the Securities and Capital Markets Department.
She specializes in securities law, corporate law, and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on capital markets activity.
As part of her practice, Asia advises a wide range of public companies across various sectors—from initial public offerings to ongoing legal support for their operations. Her work includes handling related party transactions, drafting de minimis transaction procedures, executive compensation, internal enforcement programs, and more. She also represents clients before regulatory authorities, institutional investors, and shareholders, and assists in strengthening and shaping corporate governance processes, drafting regulatory disclosures, and providing legal opinions.
Asia provides strategic counsel on numerous reporting obligations, including the preparation of immediate reports in accordance with disclosure requirements and advising on mandated disclosures under securities regulations in her clients’ periodic and financial reports.
In addition, Asia offers ongoing, hands-on legal support to the boards of directors and their various committees, as well as to company management, in all matters relating to corporate governance, corporate law, and capital markets activities.
As part of her responsibilities, Asia regularly prepares and distributes legal memoranda and legislative updates to her clients. These include recent developments in securities law, legal positions of the Israel Securities Authority, and summaries of pre-ruling inquiries tailored to each client’s needs.
