Aviel Cohen

Aviel is a partner in the Real Estate Department.

He leads the firm’s practice in urban renewal projects in Haifa and northern Israel, alongside selected projects in the central region. He has extensive experience advising developers, real estate companies, and property owners on some of the largest projects in Israel, combining deep legal expertise with a practical approach that enables the efficient advancement of complex processes.

In addition, he represents developers and property owners in dozens of large-scale projects comprising thousands of residential units, guiding them throughout the entire process—from the initial concept and feasibility phase, through the negotiation of agreements and the advancement of plans with planning authorities, to obtaining building permits, handing over the units, and registering property rights.
