Dror is Co-Head of our Litigation Department.
He has extensive experience in complex litigation, specializing in civil, administrative, and corporate litigation. Dror has represented clients before courts of all instances, including in hundreds of cases before the Supreme Court, as well as in large-scale proceedings and arbitration matters.
Dror has managed cases across a wide range of fields, including energy, communications, technology, industry, mergers, shareholder disputes, administrative and constitutional law, planning and zoning, family and inheritance law, and intellectual property. He has unique expertise in handling cases and claims involving significant complexities in engineering, technology, and science.
In addition, Dror advises commercial clients on all aspects of their operations and has served as legal counsel to government companies and statutory corporations.
He also specializes in privacy law, complex software licensing agreements, and private international law. Dror represents clients in cross-border cases and serves both as an arbitrator and a lecturer in the field.
Dror is a member of the State Attorney’s Office International Department’s Roundtable, where he advises on private international law from a commercial perspective.
Education: The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, LL.B. (cum laude) and LL.M. in Law
Dror served as a Teaching Assistant in Private International Law (2002–2003) and as a Research Assistant in the same field (2001–2003)
