Einat specializes in complex civil-commercial litigation, class actions, and derivative claims, and has extensive experience in consumer protection, corporate law, and antitrust law. She represents clients in commercial disputes before all judicial instances in Israel, including arbitration and mediation proceedings.
Einat has substantial experience in the field of class actions, including unique expertise in consumer protection matters. She has represented leading and major companies in the Israeli market in a wide range of class actions, including cases involving special sales, return policies, consumer misrepresentation, attribution of healing properties, accessibility, spam distribution, installation of drinking facilities in public places, and more.
Alongside her litigation practice, Einat provides ongoing legal counsel to companies on all consumer-related aspects, including the development of compliance and internal enforcement programs, and reviewing adherence to applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
Einat also represents the firm’s clients before consumer authorities, including the Israeli Consumer Protection Authority, in various administrative proceedings, such as administrative orders, financial sanctions, administrative warnings, and more.
Her clients include leading companies in the Israeli market across a variety of sectors, including retail, pharmaceuticals, import, electricity, fuel, and more.
