Elhanan Indig

Elhanan is an Associate in the firm’s Litigation, Intellectual Property, and Higher Education practices.

Elhanan advises and represents the firm’s clients in the higher education sector, including some of Israel’s largest and leading academic institutions, on a wide range of regulatory, administrative, and contractual matters, including representation in complex legal proceedings.

In parallel, Elhanan is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where he represents commercial companies and private clients in a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes. His experience includes litigation in contract law and breach of contract claims, intellectual property disputes and patent litigation, infrastructure-related disputes, as well as shareholder and corporate disputes.
