Elhanan joined the Higher Education and the Civil Litigation department in our firm, and provides ongoing legal advice to one of the largest higher education institutions in Israel.
Before joining the firm, Elhanan handled litigation cases and provided legal advice in many areas of civil-commercial law, including contract law and dispute cases following contract breaches, disputes regarding property, real estate, and real estate litigation.
Over the years Elhanan has accumulated vast experience working on lawsuits for forfeiture and dissolution of land sharing, starting as early as working a student job touching on these subjects at the Israel Land Authority
