Elon Edrey

Elon began his career at our firm as an intern and is currently an attorney in the Privacy Protection Department and the Litigation Department.

As part of his role in the Privacy Protection Department, Elon advises the firm’s clients on the implementation of and compliance with Israeli privacy laws, and provides ongoing legal counsel regarding the legal regulation of websites and applications, as well as the regulation of clients’ activities involving the handling of personal data in the course of their business operations. This includes the regulation of their data databases, the implementation of internal compliance mechanisms, including the formulation of policies and procedures, the drafting of consent forms, support in negotiations with third parties, and the preparation of legal opinions in accordance with the requirements of the law, regulations, and the guidelines of the Privacy Protection Authority.

Elon is a graduate of the Data Protection Officer (DPO) course offered by the Privacy Protection Authority and the Magid Institute.

In addition, Elon represents clients in commercial and civil litigation proceedings and assists in advising clients of the Tenders Department.
