Guy Eizenberg

Guy is a partner in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions Department.

Guy provides legal counsel to the firm’s clients, including private corporations and public companies, across a wide range of commercial matters. These include public offerings and private placements (equity and debt), investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, shareholders’ agreements, complex financing arrangements, and ongoing legal support for start-up and industrial companies. In addition, Guy represents private investment funds investing in start-up and industrial companies.

Guy advises boards of directors and their committees on various matters, including corporate governance, related-party transactions, regulatory reporting, and control disputes. He also advises the firm’s clients on complex regulatory matters, primarily in the fields of capital markets, banking, and insurance.
