Hadas is a Partner in the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Department.

She specializes in corporate and securities law, advising a wide range of companies and investors on complex corporate and commercial matters. Hadas provides guidance on diverse commercial issues, as well as on complex regulatory matters in these areas. She represents clients across multiple sectors and industries and has extensive expertise in transactions involving significant regulatory components, particularly in capital markets, financial services, and related fields.

Over the course of her career, Hadas has gained extensive experience representing local and international corporations, investment funds, and venture capital entities in a variety of large and complex transactions. She also provides ongoing advice to private and public companies on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters throughout all stages of their operations.

Hadas has a longstanding reputation as a lecturer at the Hebrew University and Bar-Ilan University Faculties of Law, where she has taught numerous courses in corporate law, corporate governance, and capital markets. She has also served as legal counsel to various companies and occasionally lectures in director training programs within her areas of expertise.

Hadas is the author of the acclaimed book “Controlling Shareholder Transactions: Public Enforcement, Concentration of Control, and Minority Protection” (Bursi Publishing, 2013), which is frequently cited by the Supreme Court and District Courts.

Early in her legal career, Hadas completed her internship at the Supreme Court under the Honorable Justice A. A. Levi.
