Harry is a consultant at our firm. For over 24 years, he served as one of the two Co-Heads of the firm’s International Transactions Department, until his retirement in 2023.
Today, Harry acts as a consultant specializing in various areas of corporate and commercial law, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity. His work includes, among other things, the formation of investment funds and the management of investment portfolios in Israeli and American companies.
In addition, Harry has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating transactions both locally and internationally, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and representing technology start-ups from early-stage funding through to acquisition or IPO.
He also advises clients on corporate acquisitions and has been involved in several major deals, including the sale of Israel’s largest advertising group and complex communications transactions. Harry is also an expert in negotiating commercial agreements, including joint venture partnerships, distribution, licensing, and marketing arrangements.
Before moving to Israel and joining our firm, Harry was a corporate law partner at a prominent law firm in Melbourne from 1986 to 1995. He is also an associate member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
