Haya Spiegel

Haya is the (co-)Director of the Labor Law Department and a partner in the Litigation Department.

Haya began her professional career as an associate at the firm in 2000 and was promoted to partner in 2010.

Her expertise includes representing clients in all courts, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings, in the fields of commercial and civil litigation, including contract law, corporate law, and class actions.

In addition to her litigation practice, Haya provides ongoing advice and support to clients in labor law and represents employers in private labor disputes, collective disputes, and class actions in this field.

Haya also serves as a mediator and arbitrator across a variety of legal matters.

She is a member of the Israel Bar Association’s National Council, serves as Chair of the Bar Association’s Mechanism Committee, and as (co-)Chair of the Labor Law Legislation Committee.
