Hila Tiberman

Hila began her career at our firm as an intern in the Capital Markets and Securities Department and currently serves as an associate in the department.

Hila specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law. As part of her role, Hila advises public companies and other reporting corporations on their ongoing obligations under securities laws, including the preparation of periodic, quarterly, and immediate reports, as well as drafting various agreements required in the course of their commercial and business activities.
