Itamar is a Senior Partner at the firm, with over three decades of extensive experience in commercial law, litigation, and higher education law.
Itamar has represented and continues to represent some of Israel’s largest corporations, as well as leading international companies, in commercial agreements, disputes arising from commercial transactions, complex class actions, and more.
He has vast experience in dispute management, both prior to the initiation of legal proceedings and throughout their conduct, as well as in arbitration and mediation. He is frequently appointed to serve as an arbitrator and mediator, including in international arbitrations.
Itamar has many years of experience in the field of higher education, including litigation in which important legal precedents were established by the courts, including the Supreme Court. In recent years, he has headed this practice area at the firm.
He possesses unique expertise in distribution, commercial agency, and franchise agreements. Owing to his extensive experience and deep professional knowledge, he has participated over the years in various forums that shaped legislative initiatives in this field. Among other roles, he serves as an expert on Israeli law in matters of distribution and commercial agency for the International Distribution Institute (IDI).
In the past, Itamar worked as an attorney at White & Case in New York. He has taught in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Faculty of Industrial Engineering and Management at the Technion, and has coordinated several professional training programs for attorneys on behalf of the Israel Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Institute.
Itamar has held various positions within the Israel Bar Association, including Vice Chair of the Committee for International Forums.
