About

Jeffrey is a Partner and Co-Head of the Commercial – International Department.

He specializes in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, general corporate matters, import and export law, licensing for technology and life sciences companies, as well as inheritance and family wealth structuring.

Jeffrey advises the firm’s clients at all stages of business planning and organization, including private placements and ongoing support for family offices, venture capital and private equity funds, individual businesspersons, and growth-stage start-ups.

He has extensive experience in complex international transactions and assists Israeli and foreign clients in acquisition deals, public offerings, and licensing transactions, primarily in the United States, Europe, and Japan.

Jeffrey lectures on corporate and technology law at professional seminars and conferences in Israel, Japan, and the United States, and has taught an Israeli commercial law course under the auspices of the Israel Bar Association for several years. In addition, he serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations active in education, welfare, and support for people with disabilities.

Jeffrey is the author of the Israeli chapter in
“International Guide to Export Controls and Economic Sanctions” (2nd Ed., American Bar Association, 2023).

Prior to joining the firm, Jeffrey worked as an attorney at two leading law firms in Washington, D.C., specializing in tax and corporate law. He also served as an editor of the Connecticut Law Review at the University of Connecticut during his law studies.
