Keren Fischer Gutterman

Keren is an attorney in the Litigation and Torts Department.

Keren represents the firm’s clients before courts, labor courts, and the offices of the Land Registrar, and provides legal counsel to the firm’s clients in a wide range of areas, including personal injury (including representation of P&I Clubs, ship owners, and shipping agents in personal injury claims), property damage, construction defects, general and commercial litigation, and real estate matters, including claims involving holdout tenants, as well as legal advisory services to non-profit organizations and municipal corporations, including contract management and labor law matters.

Keren drafts enduring powers of attorney, wills, and prenuptial agreements, and serves as a mediator in general mediation processes, family mediation, intergenerational mediation, and community-based consensus building.

In addition, Keren volunteers at the Hof HaCarmel Community Mediation Center.
