Liat Sass

Liat is a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Liat specializes in handling real estate and commercial transactions, including complex deals, and provides comprehensive legal support throughout all their aspects. This includes leading due diligence processes for various assets, negotiating transactions, and handling planning and tax aspects of the deals, including representing clients before tax authorities.

Liat has extensive experience in advising and managing a wide range of complex real estate transactions, as well as in accompanying construction, financing, marketing, and registration processes. She advises on both commercial and private projects, luxury property transactions for the purchase and sale of apartments and residential homes, and the establishment of real estate companies and partnerships, including handling transactions on their behalf.

Liat also has significant experience in advising on the financing of real estate deals and projects, both with banks and with non-bank financial institutions and funds.

Liat interned in the High Court of Justice Department of the State Attorney’s Office and subsequently worked at law firms where she gained substantial experience in her areas of practice.

Liat served as a member of the National Ethics Committee from 2014 to 2017.
