Liron is a partner in the Intellectual Property Department.
Liron is responsible for the firm’s intellectual property, trademarks, and designs practice, and serves as Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Israel Bar Association (Northern District) since 2023. She provides ongoing support and legal advice to a wide range of the firm’s clients on intellectual property matters, and represents numerous parties in their day-to-day activities or in disputes relating to copyrights, trademarks, designs, commercial counterfeiting, protection of ideas, and unfair competition.
Liron is in charge of the Trademarks and Designs Department, which handles the registration, maintenance, and management of thousands of trademarks, designs, and copyrights for the firm’s clients in Israel and worldwide, including dealing with examiner objections. She has extensive experience in managing litigation proceedings before the courts and before the Israel Patent Authority and the Trademark Registrar, in providing opinions on both routine and complex matters, and in conducting negotiations with various parties.
In addition, Liron has special expertise in the E-Commerce field and provides consulting and guidance in handling intellectual property infringements on online commerce platforms.
Furthermore, Liron has for many years provided ongoing legal advice in the field of intellectual property to various academic institutions in Israel.
