Maoz Roth

Maoz is a partner in the Litigation Department.

Maoz practices civil, commercial, and administrative litigation, with extensive experience representing the firm’s clients in these areas before all judicial authorities in Israel, including the Supreme Court, as well as in complex and large-scale arbitration proceedings.

He has significant and unique experience representing clients in complex real estate matters, including regular representation of developers and contractors in large-scale projects, in tender proceedings representing both tender organizers and bidders, in complex infrastructure-related matters, and in proceedings within the higher education sector.

Maoz represents some of Israel’s largest developers and contractors, the country’s largest food corporation, government infrastructure companies, leading academic institutions, biomed companies, defense sector companies, as well as private individuals across his diverse areas of expertise.
