Merav is a partner in the Real Estate Department.
Merav specializes in representing and providing ongoing legal counsel to companies engaged in income-generating real estate and in the management of industrial, office, commercial, and retail complexes and campuses, covering hundreds of thousands of square meters. Her work spans from the initial development stages and land acquisition through the entire lifecycle of the property, including ownership, operation, and use.
In addition, Merav specializes in managing negotiations and drafting agreements for the sale and acquisition of real estate, including transactions involving shares in real estate corporations, combination transactions, joint ventures, agricultural land (moshavim and kibbutzim) transactions, option agreements and option trading, co-ownership agreements, purchase groups, and other complex transactions. She also handles lease agreements, management and maintenance agreements, construction agreements, development agreements, operation agreements, maintenance and operation agreements, and engagements with planners and consultants, among others.
