Nadav Simhy

Nadav began his career at our firm as an intern in the Capital Markets and Securities Department and is currently an attorney in the department.

Nadav specializes in capital markets, securities law, and corporate law. As part of his role, Nadav advises public companies as well as other reporting corporations on their ongoing obligations under securities laws, including the preparation of periodic, quarterly, and immediate reports, as well as drafting various agreements required in the course of their commercial and business activities.
