Nira Cory

Nira is a partner at our firm and Co-Head of the Class Actions Department.

Nira specializes in representing companies and commercial entities in defending against class action lawsuits, primarily in the fields of economics and consumer protection, environmental protection, communications and accessibility law, labor law, and administrative matters. In addition, she has experience in maritime law, in which she has handled, among other matters, maritime liens, in rem actions against vessels, creditors’ and suppliers’ rights, marine insurance, and representation of shipping companies, ship agents, and protection and indemnity (P&I) clubs in Israel and abroad.

Nira represents the firm’s clients in complex legal disputes before judicial and administrative courts and handles large-scale proceedings within her areas of expertise. Over the years, she has been involved in cases that contributed to the development of landmark precedents in the Supreme Court and District Courts, particularly in the field of class actions, maritime law, and other areas.

In addition, Nira advises clients on dispute management and brings extensive experience in handling legal proceedings, including arbitration and mediation. She possesses broad expertise across a wide range of legal fields, including commercial law, consumer protection law, private international law, administrative law, property law, zoning and planning law, labor law, property damage, insurance, tenders, antitrust law, and insolvency law.
