Nirit Weinbach

Nirit is a partner in the Real Estate Department.

Nirit provides comprehensive legal counsel to developers – companies and private entities – in complex real estate transactions, including legal support in the establishment of large-scale residential construction projects, representation in land acquisition and sale transactions, representation of developers and rights holders in combination transactions, and support in the acquisition and sale of various types of properties, including residential and commercial assets. She represents developers in financing transactions with financial institutions, advises income-generating real estate companies, accompanies purchasing groups, and more.

Nirit accompanies her clients throughout all stages of the transaction – from planning to execution – including development aspects, financing, dealings with regulatory authorities, agreements with suppliers and financiers, and agreements with purchasers.

Prior to joining our firm, Nirit practiced for approximately 14 years in real estate and commercial litigation as an attorney and partner in the real estate practice of a boutique firm specializing in these fields. She later practiced for approximately three additional years in real estate at another large law firm, handling legal matters within her areas of expertise.
