Nisreen is an Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Law Department. Nisreen furnishes legal support to both Israeli and international business clients across their regular business operations, as well as in complex transactions involving Mergers and Acquisition, capital raising endeavors, and the establishment of joint ventures. Throughout these processes, Nisreen ensures meticulous guidance from the preliminary negotiation phase, through exhaustive due diligence to the finalization and drafting agreements, encompassing Share Purchase Agreements (SPA), Assets Purchase Agreements (APA), and a variety of commercial contracts.
Moreover, Nisreen is an activist within the Israeli Femtech Community and is a Co-Chair in the Forum for Gender Equality and Representation at the Bar Association.
