Nisreen Massarwi Odeh

Nisreen is an attorney in the Privacy and Artificial Intelligence Law Department.

She has over a decade of experience advising companies, entrepreneurs, and organizations on the development, implementation, and management of legal and regulatory compliance frameworks, integrating legal requirements with business needs and technological and strategic considerations.

Nisreen provides ongoing legal counsel on privacy and data protection matters, including compliance with Israeli and European law (GDPR), information risk management, legal support throughout the development of sensitive technological products, and the implementation of Privacy by Design and Responsible AI principles. Her work focuses on practical, hands-on guidance that enables organizations to operate within complex regulatory environments without compromising innovation or the pace of business growth.

Nisreen is actively involved in promoting technologies aimed at advancing women’s health, safety, and well-being, and works to strengthen the FemTech sector. In addition, she is engaged in training the next generation of lawyers and professionals in the field of privacy, mentoring junior attorneys and early-career professionals in data protection and technology regulation.
