Nitzan is a partner in the Shipping Department and the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Nitzan advises Israeli and international companies, public and private corporations, and financial institutions on complex commercial transactions in Israel and on the global stage. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate and banking finance, equity and debt capital raising, factoring and securitization transactions, and a wide range of commercial agreements.
In her practice, Nitzan supports transactions from the initial structuring phase, through due diligence processes, leading negotiations and drafting transaction documents, all the way to completion. She combines deep legal expertise with a broad business perspective, providing clients with practical, precise, and tailored advice aligned with their commercial and strategic needs.
Alongside her corporate and finance practice, Nitzan has a unique specialization in shipping law. She advises on complex shipping transactions, including the purchase and sale of vessels, shipping finance transactions, chartering arrangements, and international commercial shipping agreements. Her combined expertise in M&A, finance, and maritime law enables her to provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactions involving complex corporate, financial, and regulatory aspects.
Nitzan regularly represents leading companies in the Israeli economy and in the international shipping industry, and is involved in transactions of significant strategic importance and broad economic impact. She has substantial experience managing multi-disciplinary transactions under tight timelines, while coordinating between legal, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
In addition to her professional activities, Nitzan is actively involved in business development at the firm and in promoting female leadership in the legal field.
