Oded is a partner in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Oded specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, contract law, including international agreements, and in the management of transactions and commercial engagements across a very wide range of subjects and fields, including but not limited to real estate, shipping, higher education, IT, and intellectual property, with a unique specialization in the high-tech sector.
Oded has extensive experience in drafting complex agreements and in conducting negotiations in Israel and abroad. He advises individuals, entities, and corporations on a broad range of commercial transactions, including joint ventures, consortium agreements, agency, distribution, and consultancy agreements, licensing and development agreements, investment agreements, confidentiality agreements, lease transactions, asset sales, mergers, tenders, and more.
In addition, Oded served for many years as in-house legal counsel for technology companies, where he provided ongoing legal advice and commercial-legal support across a wide range of matters. His extensive experience gives him a strong understanding of clients’ needs and requirements, both from a business and commercial perspective and from a legal perspective.
Oded began his professional career at the firm as an intern.
