Orit is an attorney in the firm’s High-Tech Department, advising startups and entrepreneurs throughout all stages of a company’s growth—from formation to expansion.

She provides ongoing legal counsel in the fields of high-tech, commercial law, and corporate law, supporting private clients and companies in managing the legal aspects of their business operations, with a particular focus on growth-stage startups. As part of her work, Orit has gained experience advising startups—including companies with international operations—accelerators, and private companies across various sectors of the high-tech industry.
