Osnat Eliram

Osnat is a Partner in both the Tenders Department and the Real Estate Department (Urban Renewal).
Her practice focuses on regulation and tenders, with expertise in drafting and managing complex tenders for public clients (including technology and infrastructure tenders), representing private clients submitting bids in public tenders, and advising on public projects.

Osnat also represents developers in urban renewal projects (evacuation-reconstruction, TAMA 38/1, and TAMA 38/2) at various stages of the project.

In addition, she provides ongoing counsel to private and public companies on corporate law matters, including drafting commercial agreements in both English and Hebrew, preparing legal opinions in diverse fields in both languages, drafting pleadings, and representing clients before civil and administrative courts.

Osnat is also a certified notary specializing in notarial translations, as well as in drafting enduring powers of attorney.

Prior to joining our firm, Osnat was certified as a mediator at Harvard University in the United States, taught Criminal Procedure at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as a teaching assistant, worked as a research assistant in courses on Property Law and Constitutional Law, and served on the editorial board of the Mishpatim Law Review. She completed her legal internship with the Honorable Judge Moshe Arad at the Jerusalem District Court and at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office.
