Rafi is a partner at our firm and co-head of the Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
He represents public and private companies, investment funds, and private investors in a wide range of transactions and investment structures. In addition to his M&A practice, Rafi focuses on securities law and commercial litigation.
Rafi previously lectured in a Securities Law course at the Business School of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as part of the MBA program, and also served as a lecturer at the Ono Academic College. In addition, he is a member of the Regional Disciplinary Court of the Israel Bar Association.
