Ran Yaacov Keinan

Ran is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Department and Head of Interns at the Jerusalem office.

Ran specializes in commercial, civil, and administrative litigation, and has extensive experience in corporate governance and class actions. He represents and advises companies and corporations, including cooperative associations, on a wide range of matters and fields, and also advises clients on real estate financing transactions.

Ran joined the firm in 2019 after completing his legal clerkship in the chambers of the Honorable Justice Noam Sohlberg at the Supreme Court of Israel.
