Roi Harel

Roi is a partner in the Labor Law Department.

Roi has extensive experience representing employers, particularly large employers, in the field of labor law.

He represents employers in a wide range of labor law matters before the labor courts and provides comprehensive and in-depth legal counsel as part of the ongoing support of their operations. His work also includes drafting agreements and workplace policies, preparing documents required within the framework of employment relations, advising in dealings with regulatory authorities, and managing internal hearing procedures on behalf of employers, among other matters.
