Shai Rotshtein

Shai is an attorney in the Real Estate Department.

He specializes in a broad range of real estate matters, with a particular focus on the commercial sector. Shai provides legal counsel in large and complex acquisition and sale transactions, industrial real estate development, and the establishment of office buildings and commercial centers.

He regularly advises real estate companies—both public and private—as well as international high-tech companies on various real estate-related issues.

Shai has extensive experience representing some of Israel’s leading real estate groups in the fields of income-producing property and residential development, high-tech and retail companies, business professionals, banks, and financial institutions.

He is also experienced in urban renewal projects, representing both developers and rights holders.

During his studies at Reichman University, Shai served as Deputy Chair of the Student Union and as a Board Member of the Union’s Economic Corporation.
