Shelly is an associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
Shelly advises the firm’s clients on matters of commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and international commercial transactions. She also provides ongoing legal counsel to companies and investors on a wide range of commercial and corporate matters, including investments, complex transactions, due diligence processes, and day-to-day business operations.
