Shir is an attorney in the Higher Education Department.
Shir provides ongoing legal counsel to the firm’s clients in the field of higher education and represents leading and major academic institutions in Israel.
Prior to joining the firm, Shir served as Legal Counsel in the Advisory and Legislation Department of the Military Advocate General’s Corps, where she provided ongoing legal advice to various military bodies in the fields of administrative and civil law.
