Shiran Mizrahi Vilbach

Shiran is a Partner in the Labor Law Department.

Shiran provides comprehensive legal advice and ongoing counsel to employers on a wide range of issues in both the individual and collective labor law spheres. Her work includes preparing legal opinions, submitting various applications—such as petitions to the Commissioner under the Women’s Employment Law—and drafting documents required in the context of both collective and individual employment relations.

In addition, Shiran is engaged in litigation and represents employers before the labor courts in employee claims, as well as in mediation and settlement proceedings, including cases involving allegations of sexual harassment.

Alongside her work at the firm, since 2016 and to date, Shiran has been providing pro bono legal advice in the field of labor law at Paamonim – a non-profit charitable organization, assisting individuals and business owners.

Shiran began her professional career at the firm as a legal intern in the Labor Law Department. Following her admission to the Bar, she joined the firm as an associate and was subsequently promoted to partner.
