Tal Enat Ben Arieh

Tal is a partner at our firm and the co-head of the Labor and Employment Department.

Tal has over three decades of experience in labor law and is highly regarded for her extensive guidance and counsel to employers on a wide range of labor relations matters, both collective and individual.

She provides ongoing legal advice to public and private employers and supports them in navigating complex labor law issues. Tal is experienced in drafting collective and individual employment agreements, pension agreements, issuing legal opinions, and assisting employers on daily and strategic matters related to employment, including recruitment, women in the workplace, termination of employment, retirement, sexual harassment, redundancy, equality for persons with disabilities, and other related matters.

Tal represents employers before various labor courts, arbitration panels, and disciplinary tribunals, as well as in discussions with relevant regulators regarding individual legal proceedings, collective disputes, initial organizational arrangements, strikes, and emergency situations. She advises and assists on mergers and acquisitions from a labor law perspective and has experience in complex corporate restructuring processes, class actions, and other labor-related matters.

Tal represents employers across a variety of sectors, including start-ups, high-tech, industry, higher education institutions, commerce, shipping, and more.

In addition to her professional work, Tal regularly lectures on labor law topics before professional forums, including the Israel Bar Association, corporate legal counsel forums, the Haifa and Northern Chamber of Commerce, employer management teams, and others.
