Yael is an attorney in the Labor Law Department.
She provides ongoing legal counsel to employers, including large private and public companies, both on the individual and collective levels.
In this context, Yael is engaged, among other things, in drafting legal opinions and preparing employment agreements, as well as engagement agreements with contractors and service providers.
In addition, she represents clients before the labor courts and other judicial forums.
Education: Sha’arei Mishpat Academic Center, LL.B (with honors); Bar-Ilan University, LL.M in Civil-Commercial Law.
Mediation training course of the Israel Bar Association; graduate of a court-recognized practicum program in mediation.
