Yael has extensive experience and legal expertise in a wide range of transactions, proceedings, and various legal matters in the field of real estate. This includes leading and overseeing complex real estate transactions, combination deals, advising and assisting contractors and developers in residential and commercial projects, guiding purchasing groups, drafting financing and banking agreements, managing engagements with contractors and consultants for the performance of works and services, drafting lease agreements for commercial and office spaces, urban renewal projects, as well as providing ongoing legal counsel to companies in the real estate sector.
