Yael Ratzaby

Yael is a partner in the Real Estate Department. She provides the firm’s clients with legal counsel across a broad range of real estate transactions, proceedings, and activities, including leading and managing complex real estate and combination transactions, advising contractors and developers on residential and commercial projects, supporting purchasing groups, handling financing agreements and bank financing, as well as engagements with contractors and consultants for the execution of works and services.

In addition, Yael is involved in drafting lease agreements for commercial and office spaces, advising on urban renewal projects, and providing ongoing legal counsel to real estate companies.
