Yahalom Berkovich

Yahalom is a partner in the Tax Department.

She specializes primarily in real estate taxation, including the preparation of legal opinions, advising on urban renewal projects, and managing complex combination transactions—from the agreement stage, through filing reports with tax authorities, to tax management up to the assessment stage. Her practice also includes representation in objections to assessments and in administrative appeals before appeals committees.

Additionally, Yahalom specializes in Israeli taxation and manages assessment and objection proceedings before the Income Tax Authority and VAT Authority. She also provides ongoing tax advice to higher education institutions in Israel and public corporations.

Yahalom lectures in professional development courses at the Israel Bar Association and at industry seminars.
