Yochai is a partner in the Real Estate Department and Head of the Urban Renewal Practice.
Yochai has extensive experience and advises developers, contractors, companies, investment funds, and private clients in a wide range of real estate transactions, including combination transactions, construction agreements, sale and lease agreements, tenders, lease agreements, and more.
In the field of urban renewal, Yochai represents developers in dozens of projects, including evacuation and reconstruction (pinui-binui) projects, Tama 38/1, Tama 38/2, and others, at all stages of the project—from planning through completion.
As part of his representation of developers in these projects, Yochai and his team provide comprehensive legal counsel on all aspects relevant to such transactions, adopting a holistic approach while safeguarding the core interests essential to the project’s success. They also assist in establishing personal and professional connections with relevant stakeholders, both in initiating and managing engagement with the various authorities involved and in working with the relevant representatives of the landowners (apartment owners) in the respective transactions.
In 2023, Yochai was appointed as a member of the Urban Renewal Committee of the Israel Bar Association.
