Yomtov is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department and Head of the French-Speaking Desk.
He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, class actions, and administrative law, representing Israeli and international clients in a wide range of disputes, including complex cases with significant media exposure.
Yomtov has extensive experience representing leading Israeli companies and multinational corporations in litigation across various areas, including contract law, real estate, infrastructure and energy, communications, class actions, and shareholder disputes. He represents clients in all judicial instances.
In addition, Yomtov advises Israeli and international clients on real estate transactions, including complex, high-value deals with significant media profiles. He began his professional career as an intern at the Jerusalem District Attorney’s Office (Civil Department) and subsequently served for over a decade as an attorney and senior attorney in the litigation departments of leading law firms in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv. In 2021, he was elected to serve as a member of the 24th Knesset.
Yomtov has an extensive public activity record. He founded the “AliNu” movement, which promotes the integration of immigrants in Israel and strengthens ties with Jewish communities in the Diaspora, particularly in France. Since 2010, he has served as a delegate to the World Zionist Congress. During his tenure in the Knesset, he served as Chair of the Subcommittee on the Rights of the Law of Return and Relations with the Jewish Diaspora, and as a member of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee, the Internal Security Committee, and the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee. He has also chaired several parliamentary caucuses, including the Israel-France Friendship Group and the Caucus for French-Speaking Immigrants and Western Countries’ Immigrants.
Among other things, due to his public roles, Yomtov has gained significant experience, knowledge, and expertise in administrative law, regulation, and government relations, advising various organizations, nonprofits, and corporations in Israel and abroad.
