He advises developers, real estate companies, contractors, and private investors in sale and acquisition transactions, combination transactions, second-hand property transactions, residential and commercial projects, as well as urban renewal transactions — combining sharp legal insight, deep business understanding, and the ability to manage and lead complex processes from start to finish.
As part of his practice, Yonatan leads transactions from their initial stages through to completion, including conducting preliminary legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, structuring and finalizing transactions, addressing financing aspects, and overseeing execution and registration procedures.
Yonatan is characterized by a practical approach, strong legal analytical capabilities, and experience managing transactions in complex commercial environments, while maintaining precision, professional responsibility, and safeguarding his clients’ interests throughout every stage of the transaction.
