Yosef Hasid

Yosi is a partner in the Litigation Department at our firm.

Yosi represents private clients and corporations in complex legal proceedings before all judicial instances and in arbitration proceedings, in the fields of administrative, civil, and commercial law. He also provides ongoing legal counsel to non-profit organizations and companies. Yosi has a unique specialization in education law and advises a range of entities and organizations operating in this field.

As part of his professional activity, Yosi assists the Hon. (Ret.) Justice Zvi Zilbertal and Adv. Abraham Avraman in complex and large-scale commercial arbitrations conducted before them.

Yosi clerked at the Supreme Court of Israel and, following his admission to the Bar, returned to the Court, where he served as a law clerk for approximately eight years. In addition, Yosi served as a teaching assistant and instructor in courses on family law, intellectual property, and civil procedure at Ono Academic College.
